what the oligarchs hope to achieve from this isn't, at first glance,

glaringly obvious

then again, neither was the reason for spreading aids in libya

unless it's the same as the reasons that makes sense when considering

the motive for infecting libyan children with aids...

the region has resources which the oligarch's need and spreading ebola

is the first move to destabilise the region with the outcome of ousting

governments that aren't susceptible to the oligarch's type of corruption
